A world leader in hydrology research which is working throughout the globe, HR has extensive modelling facilities in Wallingford, providing a unique opportunity to see how they model tsunamis, coastal erosion, the effects of climate change on water supplies, river flows, underwater mining etc.

Set in 70 acres of parkland, HR Wallingford is located in Howbery Park, near Wallingford. The main house has a large restaurant and coffee shop, both of which share a generous seating area and sunny terrace looking out towards the River Thames.

Places are limited to 25 for this visit so early booking is recommended. This visit will last about two hours.

This event has been organised by the Oxfordshire Volunteer Fundraising Committee to help raise money for the Art Fund.
