Wayne Meeten - where craft meets art

Talk | Stockleigh Pomeroy

Saturday 18 February 2017 - 16:00 until 18:00

Wayne Meeten, the internationally renowned silversmith and master artist craftsman, works in Devon and exhibits and sells his works to collectors throughout the art world.

In a rare opportunity to meet Wayne, he and Emma Tinnyunt-Meeten, a specialist in gems for bespoke jewellery, will show and discuss his work and give an insight into the gemstone trade.

A multi-international award winner for design and craftsmanship, Wayne is a Visiting Professor at the Tokyo University of the Arts, sister to the Royal College of Art.

In the rural setting of the contemporary village hall, fine art and craft will meet for a stimulating presentation and lively discussion.
