Private Tour to Deene Park

Tour | Deene Park

Thursday 26 May 2016 - 10:00

Deene Park is a very interesting house which has been occupied by the Brudenell family since 1514. During this period they have developed the house from a medieval manor into a Tudor and Georgian mansion. Visitors will be able to see many of the different periods showing the family home over many generations. The most flamboyant member of the family was the 7th Earl of Cardigan, who led the charge of the Light Brigade and of whom there are many relics and pictures on view.

This event has been organised by the Lincolnshire Volunteer Fundraising Committee to help raise money for the Art Fund.
