Leonardo through his drawings

Talk and Tour | Laing Art Gallery

Thursday 10 March 2016 - 14:00 until 16:00

The Laing Art Gallery in Newcastle is the very first venue to host the touring exhibition of ten Leonardo da Vinci drawings from the Royal Collection on its tour of only four venues across the UK and Ireland. This is indeed a rare opportunity to see the exquisite works of one of the greatest artists of all time from the Royal Collection.

Martin Clayton, Senior Curator of Prints and Drawings at the Royal Collection Trust and known as one of the world’s experts on Leonardo, will give a talk prior to the exhibition tour.

This event has been organised by the Northumberland Volunteer Fundraising Committee to help raise money for the Art Fund.
