Commissioning a work of art and tour of commissioned works in Chichester Cathedral

Talk and Tour | Chichester Catherdral

Monday 21 September 2015 - 10:00 until 13:00

An illustrated talk by Canon Dr. Anthony Cane, Chancellor of Chichester Cathedral entitled 'How to Commission a Work of Art'. This will be given in the Dresden Room.

This will be followed by a short refreshment break of tea, coffee and biscuits and then the group will be given a tour of the Cathedrals' modern artwork that was commissioned by the celebrated patrons of art, Dean Hussey and Bishop Bell. This will be led by the Senior Art Guide, Alan Bradford.

This event has been organised by the Sussex Volunteer Fundraising Committee to help raise money for the Art Fund.
