In and Around King’s Cross and St Pancras SOLD OUT

Tour | Meet: Outside King's Cross tube in King's Cross Square

Saturday 19 September 2015 - 11:00 until 13:00

This walking tour is led by author, broadcaster, NADFAS and National Trust lecturer Andrew Davies, looking at the history and redevelopment of the surrounding area of King’s Cross and St Pancras. The classical austerity of one, and the melodramatic Gothic architecture of the other contrast with the once tatty ‘railwaylands’, which have now become the bustling setting for a leading art university, offices and shops.

This event has been organised by the London Events Volunteer Fundraising Committee to help raise money for the Art Fund.
