Treasures of Blackburn

Museum Visit | Blackburn Museum

Thursday 4 June 2015 - 10:30 until 15:30

A morning at Blackburn Museum and Art Gallery, and an afternoon at Blackburn Cathedral. Blackburn Museum and Art Gallery houses the United Kingdom’s largest collection of Japanese woodblock prints outside London, as well as many other fascinating artefacts. Lunch will be held at the Café in the Crypt of Blackburn Cathedral, after which we will have a tour of the rest of the building and this will conclude the day.

This event has been organised by the Lancashire Volunteer Fundraising Committee to help raise money for the Art Fund.
