King's Cross Walk

Guided Tour | King`s Cross area

Wednesday 22 April 2015 - 11:00 until 12:45

This walk is an insight into the regeneration of the King`s Cross area.

Discover what has been happening recently in one of the largest redevelopments in Europe as, after 150 years of industrial use, the King’s Cross area is being transformed into a vibrant new city quarter. From the wonderful architecture of St Pancras Station to the former German gymnasium, new home of Central St Martin’s Art School and on to London’s newest arts complex. The Blue Badge Guided tour will include views of office buildings by leading architects, a design museum and a community garden designed by Dan Pearson.

This event has been organised by the Oxfordshire Volunteer Fundraising Committee to help raise money for the Art Fund.
