Story of Summer in February

This illustrated lecture (with paintings by Alfred Munnings, Laura Knight and other contemporary artists) will be given by Gilbert Evans' son, David, who will talk about the making of the film, Summer in February which chronicles the tragic love triangle between Florence Carter-Wood and her two suitors, Alfred Munnings and the land agent, Gilbert Evans in Cornwall in the early years of the 20th century.
This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
