A guided tour of Matisse - drawing with scissors

Join the Warwickshire Volunteer Committee and members for a talk and guided visit to the Matisse: Drawing with scissors exhibition which is touring a small number of venues in England, from the Hayward Gallery.

Henri Matisse the French artist, sculptor and designer, is celebrated for his vibrant and colourful works, such as the Blue Nudes and The Snail. The exhibition features 35 lithographic prints of the famous cut-outs, produced in the last four years of his life. His style is celebrated for its extraordinary richness and luminosity of colour and this selection of prints cannot fail but delight the audience.

There are only 30 places available, so please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. the tour groups will be lead by Jennifer Shaw, exhibitions officer, and Matt Johnson, outreach officer at Nuneaton Museum and Art Gallery.

This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
