Jonathan Ashley-Smith, former Head of the Conservation Department at the V&A and Visiting Professor at the Royal College of Art, is currently a partner in the EC-funded research project, Climate for Culture, looking at historic buildings and their contents and assessing the risk from changes to climate. His illustrated lecture entitled Does our past have a future? will focus on cultural heritage and climate change.

This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
