Visit to the Glasgow Museums Resource Centre

Visit | Glasgow Museums Resource Centre

Friday 15 November 2013 - 14:00 until 17:00

Only 2% of Glasgow's vast and varied collection can be displayed in the museums at any one time and the Glasgow Museums Resource Centre (GMRC) is the store for the museums' collections when they are not on display. This visit will concentrate on the fine art stored there with a guided tour by Dr Jo Meacock (specialist on British Art) and her colleagues. Many fine paintings will be available to see which are not usually on view to the public.

This event has been organised by a local supporter group to raise money for the Art Fund.
