National Horseracing Museum

Guided Tour | National Horseracing Museum

Thursday 10 October 2013 - 11:00

The present Museum occupies an attractive Regency building and tells the story of racing through its great personalities from jockeys and horses to owners and stable lads. It houses an outstanding collection of pictures, bronzes and memorabilia linked to the Turf, including racing silks, horseshoes and saddles. The guided tour by the Museum Director, Chris Garibaldi, will also visit the site of the new, enlarged museum, the former summer palace of King Charles II.

This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
