L S Lowry: A Visionary Artist

Lecture | Willington Hall

Monday 7 October 2013 - 14:00

This lecture is by Michael Howard, author of L S Lowry A visionary Artist (2000).

Coinciding with the Tate Britain's landmark exhibition on L S Lowry, Michael gives us his view, which examines L S Lowry's reputation and in particular whether he is rather more than "matchstick me".

This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
