Contemporary Portraiture in Portcullis House

Visit | Portcullis House

Friday 19 July 2013 - 11:30 until 13:15

The stunning architecture of Portcullis House was designed by leading British architect Sir Michael Hopkins and completed in 2001; it is the home of the House of Commons contemporary portrait collection. We will have a private tour of the building and its unique collection of art recording leading Parliamentarians in paintings, works on paper and photographs. The works of art reflect a diversity of styles and approaches by leading UK based artists working over the last 50 years.

This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
