Guided Walk: Chelsea Arts and Crafts

Guided Tour | Sloane Square underground station

Thursday 6 June 2013 - 11:30

Once again, Molly Rumbelow will lead the annual London Walking tour - this time focusing on the Arts and Crafts movement in Chelsea. The walk begins at the Holy Trinity church designed by J D Sedding, described by John Betjeman as the 'Cathedral of the Arts and Crafts Movement'. The tour will travel past houses and studios of many famous artists of the Victorian era, with Cheyne Walk and the King's Road forming part of the fascinating 2-hour guided walk.

This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
