Kelly House and Coombe Trenchard

Visit and Talk | Kelly House and Coombe Trenchard

Wednesday 22 May 2013 - 10:30 until 16:00

The Kelly family has lived in Kelly House since the Norman Conquest. With the help of Ruth Watson and the Country House Rescue team, work has begun to restore the medieval house to his former glory. The family will show the group how they are getting on.

By contrast, Coombe Trenchard is a classic Arts and Crafts house, which Sarah Marsh and her husband fell in love with 5 years ago. One of their main projects is to restore the gardens to their Belle Epoque glory. Sarah will give a tour of the house and gardens.

This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
