A visit to Kennacoil House, which dates from 1850, standing on the hill above the Rumbling Brig and has a spectacular view over Strathbaan. The countryside was the inspiration for many of Millais' paintings. The visit will be hosted by its owner, Anne Steuart Fothringham, Perth & Kinross Art Fund committee chairman and she will give a tour of her fascinating house including serving lunch with some of her collection of George II silver.
This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
