Visit | Gloucester Cathedral

Monday 22 April 2013 - 10:00 until 15:15

This one day study tour of Gloucester Cathedral will give you the opportunity to learn about the way of the Benedictine monks of Gloucester, by studying the Cathedral and the monastic buildings that surround it, with their history and purpose brought to life. The day is led by Dr Jeremy Barnes and will include visits to parts of the Cathedral not normally seen by visitors.

A light lunch will be provided. Members should use their own transport. Please be aware there is a 10 minute walk from the nearest car park and the event involves confidence in climbing stairs.

This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
