Art Fund Highland Christmas Party

Art Fund Party |

Friday 14 December 2012 - 18:30 until 21:00

A seasonal celebration for Art Fund members and friends.

'All art is quite useless', wrote Oscar Wilde. But that doesn't stop us trying to find meaning in a painting of a piece of music. Why? Robert Livingstone, Director of Hi-Arts, takes a stroll through the foothills of a mountainous topic in an illustrated talk. A special view of JMW Turner's ArtFunded sketch of Inverness has been arranged, and wine and nibbles will be served.

This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
