Ruins and Romance: Early Women Travellers in the Middle East

Sue Rollin works as a tour guide and lecturer in the Middle East and India and lectures for NADFAS UK and Australia. She is very well travelled and is a freelance interpreter for the European Union, United Nations, and other international organisations. formally tutor and lecturer in Assyriology and Ancient History at London and Cambridge Universities, Sue tells us that this illustrated lecture will be entertaining as well as informative.

The day starts at the Falmouth Hotel, with Coffee and wonderful views over Falmouth Bay from the Hotel's lounge.

Illustrated lecture 11:30-12:30, followed by three course lunch at 1pm.

This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
