The Annual Art Fund Lecture takes place by kind invitation of Viscount and Viscountess Coke in the magnificent setting of Holkham Hall, one of Britain's finest country houses.

In his lecture, Todd Longstaffe-Gowan delves into the history, evolution and social implications of squares, an important element in the planning and expansion of London since the early 17th century.

Todd Longstaffe-Gowan is a landscape architect with an international practice based in London. He is gardens advisor to Hampton Court Palace.

This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
