Portcullis House

Visit | Portcullis House

Monday 19 March 2012 - 09:45 until 12:15

Portcullis House is home to the House of Commons Contemporary Art Collection.

Opened in 2001 to provide offices for 213 MPs and extra committee rooms, it is the work of the architects Michael Hopkins and Partners, costing £235 million to construct and furnish.

Our tour begins with a briefing about the building, followed by a tour of the art collection.

If business permits, we will view the tapestries - a special feature of the committee rooms.
