Middle Temple is one of the four Inns of Court which have the exclusive right to call men and women to the Bar.

Its history dates back to the middle of the 14th century. Guided tours of the Inn and its impressive art, the adjacent Temple Church - built by the Knights Templar dating back 800 years.

The day concludes with lunch served in the Great Hall of the Inn, begun in 1562, the setting for the first performance of Twelfth Night in 1602.
