Following the successful visit last year, Jon Whiteley will again guide us around the museum and this important exhibition.

Lorrain (1604-1682) although French by birth, painted and taught extensively in Rome. Lorrain was described by Constable as 'the most perfect landscape painter the world ever saw'. He painted the pastoral world of fields and valleys, including noble themes such as demigods heroes and saints.
