Glanau Manor, Gwent

Visit | High Glanau Manor

Wednesday 8 June 2011 - 08:00

An opportunity to visit High Glanau, an important Arts and Crafts House near Monmouth with spectacular views near the Brecon Beacons. There is also a wonderful 12 acre garden designed by Avray Tipping, a colleague or Gertrude Jekyll. It has recently been restored by the owner who will give a tour of and talk about the designer. There will also hopefully be time to visit St Mary's Church, Llanfair Cilgedin, a small church containing marvellous Arts and Crafts murals created in 1890s.
