Tour: Guildhall Art Gallery and Museum of London

The Guildhall Art Gallery houses many works of art collected over the years by the City of London. It has a particularly fine collection of Victorian pictures including works by Rossetti, Millais, and Lord Leighton. Current exhibitions include 'London's Water' and 'The Story of Smithfield Market'. There will be a talk on the exhibitions and an opportunity for members to view the pictures independently. In the afternoon, a Highlights Tour of the Museum of London. There are nine permenant galleries to enjoy which explore the story of London from pre-historic times to the present day.
