One day visit to the Harley Gallery. A highly imaginative initiative of the Welbeck Estate set up in the former gas-generating plnat. The exhibits include craft galleries, temporary exhibitions and displays from the family collection.
11.00am Talk and tour of Dinner with a Duke by Gallery Director, Lisa Gee. Curated by Phillipa Glanville of the V&A Museum, the exhibition is taken from the extensive silver collection of the Dukes of Portland.
12pm Talk and tour of the current temporary exhibition John Makepeace, Enriching the Language of Furniture. A touring exhibition sponsored by the Arts Council, highlighting the work of one of Britain's finest cabinet makers.
2pm Opportunity to visit some of the Craft Studios, Farm Shop, Garden Centre and Lime House Cafe.
