Visit The Library of the late Jeremy Beadle
| Darley Dale
Jeremy Beadle was a writer, producer, TV presenter, practical joker, circus ring-master and honorary member of the Magic Circle. A truly remarkable bibliophile, he amassed a library of over 27,000 books on a diversity of subjects, from biography, crime and mystery to superstition and world history. He raised millions of pounds for charity during his lifetime – writing and hosting quiz parties – for which he was honoured with an MBE. This visit offers Art Fund members an opportunity to see his wonderful library – at his home, as he left it – and to hear about his amazing life from those who worked with him and knew him well.
