Private View: Made in 1860

The Salisbury & South Wiltshire Museum is marking its 150th Anniversary with a major exhibition "Made in 1860". The exhibition celebrates what the museum is known for, its remarkable archaeological and historic collections. It also reveals some of the untold stories behind many of the people who have helped make the museum what it is today. This event is an opportunity for an exclusive private tour of the museum highlighting objects acquired with support from the Art Fund and members will be given an opportunity to see some objects close up -such as pistols by Richard Parrett.
