An all-day coach visit to Haughley Park, by kind permission of Mr and Mrs Robert Williams, and Columbine Hall by kind permission of Mr and Mrs Hew Stevenson. Haughley Park is a mellow red brick manor house (1620) in gardens, park and woodland. After a tour of the house and gardens enjoy a two course lunch in the barn. Followed by a tour of the Columbine Hall and its gardens. The moated Hall dates back to 1390, and has been extensively restored by the owners since 1993. The grounds extend to 29 acres and the garden is in the formal 17thC manner. Not to be missed!
