Visit: Scawby Hall, Brocklesby Mausoleum and Horkstow Hall

Scawby Hall is a Jacobean house, home of the Nelthorpe family since 1605. The family were patrons of George Stubbs and still possess family portraits and engravings by the artist. In the afternoon visit the Mausoleum, James Wyatt’s masterpiece, completed in 1792. There will then be a visit to the 18th Century Horkstow Hall that also has Stubbs associations.
