Visit: Bradley House
| Bradley House
This is a rare opportunity to visit Bradley House, home of the Duke and Duchess of Somerset. Originally built in 1537 on land granted to Sir Edward Seymour, First Duke of Somerset and the brother of King Henry VIII's third wife, Jane Seymour, the impressive house was rebuilt between 1688 and 1710, and later partially remodelled in the early-19th century. The tour of the house will explore the panelled Dining Room, the staircase hall, the Bow Room, the Library, the Music Room and the Drawing Room.
Visitors will also have an opportunity to visit Maiden Bradley's
14th-century All Saints church, which contains tombs and memorials
to the Seymour family.
