Visit: Hillington Hall and Stanhoe Hall

Hillington Hall is a newly built and very beautiful red-brick neo-Georgian house, containing some interesting pieces of furniture and pictures of local interest. The central atrium in the house has tremendous impact and the whole house gives the impression of being planned with great thought and artistic talent.

Stanhoe Hall is a very beautiful, stylish Queen Anne house. It is attributed to Henry Bell, who built the Custom House in King's Lynn because of the stylistic similarities and family links. The house was built in 1703, has seven bays, a hipped roof and is constructed in red brick. There are fine fireplaces and a pretty staircase.
