Talk and Private Tour: Soane Museum & Lincoln's Inn

| Soane Museum

Essentially a museum of architecture, Soane Museum at Lincoln’s Inn Fields in Holborn, was formerly the home and studio of the distinguished neo-classical architect Sir John Soane RA (the Bank of England and Dulwich Picture Gallery) and contains an eclectic assembly of architectural drawings, antiquities and pictures.

Following an introductory talk and view of Soane’s celebrated art works, including Hogarth’s ‘A Rakes Progress’, you are free to explore the museum. After lunch (plenty of local options) reassemble for a private visit to Lincoln’s Inn, probably the most well known of London’s four historic Inns of Court. This escorted tour will include the Old Hall, Chapel and Great Hall.
