Christmas Party at Anstey Hall, Trumpington

| Anstey Hall

Christmas Party to be held at Anstey Hall by kind permission of John De Bruyne. Rebuilt in 1685 on the site of an older building, it became home in the 18th century to Christopher Anstey, author of the Bath chronicles. The last owners were the Foster family of Foster's Bank in Cambridge and the mill at the station. In 1940 it was taken over by the government, recently being the offices and labs of the Agricultural Research and Development Authority. In 1997 John De Bruyne bought it and converted it back into a family home.
