Sunday Afternoon Visit to the Barber Institute of Fine Arts

In his guidebook to 'Britain's Best Museums and Galleries' (Penguin, 2005), Mark Fisher says 'the Barber has one of the most satisfactory collections in the country and is certainly one of the finest small galleries'. In the West Midlands it gets the top rating 5 stars, the Ashmolean in Oxford being the only other 5-star rated collection in the area.

A guided visit with an opportunity for questions about the pictures and how the collection has been developed.
