One of the finest medieval buildings in London, Lambeth Palace has been the London residence of the Archbishops of Canterbury since 1197. The guided tour starts at Cranmer’s Tower and continues with the Great Hall, State Rooms, Guard Room, Chapel, Crypt and Library, which is the principal record office for the history of the Church of England.
