Visit: Westminster School

| Westminster School

The beginnings of Westminster School can be traced back to the 14th century, but it was properly established under the Tudors, and Queen Elizabeth I has been credited with its founding in 1560. The school has strong connections with Westminster Abbey, where morning assemblies still take place. We will be given a private guided tour by the former domestic bursar, which includes the history of the school as well as visits to many of the school buildings in and around Little Dean’s Yard.
