Visit to Soho House and Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery - Gas Hall

This year Birmingham celebrates the life, work and legacy of Matthew Boulton (1728-1809) - the most important industrial pioneer of the 18th century.

Coach pick-up points in Lincoln, Grantham (Great Gonerby) and Stamford with a late morning visit to Matthew Boulton's home Soho House (now a museum) with an introduction by the curator followed by an afternoon visit to the bi-centenary exhibition in the Gas Hall, again with an introduction by the curator.

Includes refreshments. Depart Birmingham 16.30 hours. Accompanied throughout by Celia Potts, The Art Fund's Birmingham Representative who has an unrivalled knowledge of the city's museums/galleries and the 'art scene'.
