Arthur H Lee & Sons: A Tale of Two and a Half Cities

It is 100 years since the opening of the new Arthus Lee & Sons factory in Birkenhead and 80 years since the Williamson Art Gallery was established. To celebrate these two anniversaries Colin Simpson, curator of The Williamson Art Galelry, will give an illustrated talk on the history of Arthur Lee & Sons, a company world renowned for its find textiles, embroideries and tapestries.

Tea and mince pies will be served after the talk and Colin Simpson will then show us around the exhibition and be available for any questions you may wish to ask.
