Rome:The eternal city at Ashdown House School

| Ashdown House School

Jane Angelini will tell us about the metamorphosis of Europe's greatest city. Imperial Rome with its monuments, statues and art works reflecting the world outlook of a solidly pagan culture, lies side by side and completely at ease with the new Christian capital, heart of the Catholic world. This is an introduction to a possible Rome visit in 2009.
