The day will commence at Willow Tea Rooms next to Castle Acre church for coffee.Helen Paterson, archaeologist and Castle Acre resident who will be our guide. Picnic lunches may kindly be held in Helen's garden and there are two pubs nearby should you wish to enjoy the local atmosphere.At 2.45 we reassemble at Westacre High House, built in 1756 and remodelled in 1829. Our guide is Dr Roderick O'Donnell who has led many interesting tours.
