The Art Fund recently presented an exquisite 18th-century silk brocade court mantua as a gift to Historic Royal Palaces.

Following conservation, it is now on display in the State Apartments at Kensington Palace, and this private view, accompanied by a short talk from Senior Curator Joanna Marschner, offers an opportunity to see it in its new home.

Beginning with drinks in the Sunken Garden, the visit also includes an exhibition of photographs entitled Diana, Princess of Wales, by Mario Testino.
