Some 1,000 musical instruments from the Edinburgh University Collection of Historic Musical Instruments, displayed in the world's oldest purpose-built musical museum, constructed in 1859.

The collection includes wind, percussion and bowed string instruments from the 16th century to the present. See and hear over 40 of the instruments being demonstrated.
