Powderham Castle is located just outside Exeter, in a fabulous deer park on the edge of the Exe estuary.

Built in 1391 by Sir Philip Courtenay, it remains in the same family to this day, and is currently home to the 18th Earl & Countess of Devon. Regular guided tours take visitors through the impressive Castle rooms including the recently decorated libraries and the stunning Music Room with its domed ceiling. Outside, discover breathtaking views, peaceful walks, tea room and shops.
