This magnificent public library, part of a World Heritage Site, is a vast information resource on Liverpool from the 13th century to the present day

Inside the refurbished building you'll find a number of themed areas. There's a regular library, an archive, 15,000 rare books (including Audubon's massive 'Birds of America') in the Hornby Library and Oak Room, DVDs of films and television programmes, CDs, Wi-Fi access, computers, i-Pads, and an accessible library for children.
