Groam House Museum

This award-winning museum is situated 15 miles north east of Inverness in the Black Isle village of Rosemarkie, minutes from the dolphins at Chanonry Point.

It is an outstanding Pictish Centre for Ross and Cromarty. The unique display is focused on Pictish sculpture dating back to the 8th century AD, when Rosemarkie was an important centre of early Christianity. It also houses an important collection of Celtic art including the works of George Bain and Iain MacCormick.
