The Heritage Centre has a permanent exhibition telling the story of the Royal Arsenal, Woolwich, and a gallery for temporary exhibitions throughout the year.
There is a study area for viewing the library and archive collections, which include local authority records, books, periodicals, pamphlets, maps, prints, photographs and sources useful to family historians, including parish registers, the census, local directories and electoral registers. The Centre's educational programme includes adult lectures and guided walks, and a children's craft workshop on Saturdays.
