FE McWilliam Gallery & Studio

The gallery celebrates the life and work of Frederick Edward McWilliam, who was born in Banbridge in 1909.

McWilliam was a friend and contemporary of Henry Moore, who established a reputation as one of his generation's most important sculptors.

Permanent collections

On permanent display are the maquettes that were made as part of the sculptural process and some finished bronzes, as well as a reconstruction of McWilliam's studio and a sculpture garden. The gallery also hosts temporary exhibitions of Irish and international art.
